Education in exercise

Simply Move! and Simply Fit!

Keep exercise simple and looking after yourself easy and fun with Simply Move! and Simply Fit!. Learn to understand your body better through low impact exercise in a small informal group. Restore and maintain a strong and supple body with Rachel Kili, a specialist in exercise. Improve your strength flexibility and balance and fitness for greater health to live work and play.

Many of the exercises are specifically chosen to enable you to incorporate them in daily activities. Including corrective exercises as part of your day is an easy way to ensure you are moving more effectively more of the time. By doing this you are less likely to hurt yourself and more likely to improve strength and flexibility.

The programmes are complimented with exercise sheets and a workbook available to purchase enabling you to work independently should you wish.

Simply Move!

Simply Move

Classes are small and having completed a health questionnaire will be tailored to meet your needs. Rachel will ensure that individual attention is given to help everyone gain as much from the sessions as possible.

The programme focuses on your balance, flexibility and core strength.

There are many who choose to use Simply Move! as their weekly exercise commitment and enrol on subsequent courses. With each course the exercises vary but the underlying principles of improving posture, ease of movement, strength and flexibility are at the core of every programme.

Make Simply Move! part of your life to enable yourself to do more of what you want for longer!


Simply Fit!

Simply fit

Simply Fit! is designed to promote and improve your cardiovascular health and your physical strength with strong postural alignment. It is a group based programme with 4-5 participants.

Rachel will accommodate your requirements and abilities to ensure the programme reflects and challenges your level of fitness.

Simply Fit! is for people who have a comfortable baseline of cardiovascular fitness and strength and wish to improve it safely. It’s never too late to be Simply Fit!


Rehabilitation training

Ball and weightsIf you are trying to restore your fitness and strength after an illness or following an operation, rehabilitation training may be for you.

Rachel will fully assess you and tailor the programme to reflect your ability. This will be progressed appropriately by grading the exercises to reflect the activities you wish to return to.


Cancer, chronic fatigue and Chronic Pain

Rachel will work with you to establish a graded programme to help build and maintain greater health for you to live work and play, confidently and safely in a setting that is low tech, comfortable and inspiring.

 


ALTERNATIVELY
 

If group exercise is not for you or perhaps the times of classes are not convenient but you would like to improve your general fitness and strength flexibility and balance, Rehabilitation training may be the way forward. This could be a one off session with a progressive home programme or a course with specific targets in mind. All programmes are tailored to you and can be run in small groups or individually.
